All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 1-2 business days & Delivery period Of 4-6 days

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to

Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you happen to receive defective package , you can raise returns and replacement queries by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of the purchase. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition.
If you happen to receive a damaged tea packet, you can raise returns and replacement queries by sending an email to email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition.
Also, please ensure the product is unused or unsealed and in its original condition. If you receive your package in damaged or broken condition, please send us the images of the damaged carton within 24hrs of delivery and mention the same while acknowledging the delivery with the courier partner.
Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly.
Note: Tea is a consumable product that should be opened and tasted once the product is received. Once the product is opened, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. We urge our customers to carefully consider their purchase before opening the product. To initiate a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions for returning the product.
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
